It’s a strategic tool that helps shape an artist’s brand. Our aim is to create a collection of desirable objects, rather than just a t-shirt with a name on it. This is where PLATFORMX comes in. We’re a creative agency that provides all services necessary to take an artist’s merchandising to the 2.0 level in the market. With your vision and target audience in mind, we offer full support in terms of strategic planning, design, production, distribution, setting up structural partnerships, marketing and an online retail platform. In short: the full scope of experience, knowledge, tools and connections needed to respond to a demand or create a desire. All of this in open collaboration with the artist’s management, to secure the artist’s vision and brand identity.

  • Shipping

    The delivery period for the products is +/- 4 working days. International deliveries can be 4 to 7 working days, depending on the courier in the country where the package is sent to. Shipping in Belgium is free! For a shipment abroad you pay a fee depending on your location: See shipping rates stated on our check-out page.

  • Returns

    If you want to Exchange or return an item, then this may within 14 days of receipt. How are you going to work?

    1. You send email to [email protected] to announce your return.
    2. this email contain:
      • order number
      • article number
      • your bank details (IBAN-BIC)
    1. You send the package back by post.

    As soon as we have received the package properly, we will deposit the actual amount paid within 7 working days (ex. shipment costs).

    For our return/Exchange service come only articles eligible:

    • which have been returned within 14 days of receipt;
    • which have a label attached. If applicable in original undamaged packaging;
    • any unworn/unwashed;
    • shoes without wear traces and in original box that are not considered shipping box should be used; without adhesive tape, stickers and unwritten;
    • from which the packet is postage prepaid.

    Clothing and shoes may be appropriate, but not worn indoors, of course. Keep our articles please not in smoke-filled rooms, in the kitchen or in the vicinity of pets.

    What happens with my order if no one is home when it arrives?
    There are different options depending on which shipping partner you chose. Mostly you get a second offer the day after.

    Send the goods in their original packaging back to the return address accompanied by the corresponding return form.

    Shipping costs for returning an item are paid by the customer.

    Do I get my money back when I return something?
    If you don’t want to exchange the item, your money will be deposited into your bank or credit card account within 7 workdays.

    How and when do I get my money back?
    After receiving and checking the returned order in a correct way we will transfer the amount back to your account within 7 workdays.
